Girls Weightlifting won its first ever district championship in school history. we have 19 athletes advancing to the regional championships this Thursday, 2/2/23 in Tampa. Congratulations to our girls weightlifting team - what an accomplishment!
Boys soccer won the district semi-final game 7-1, we will play Parrish on Wednesday, 2/1/23 at home at 7 pm.
Pirates Wrestlers took Second at the Palmetto Pride IBT. We were second to Brandon High. The Pirates had twelve Wrestlers participating and all twelve placed top 6. We had four finalist with two Champions. Gage Wiggins Champion at 160 and Jessey Colas Champion at 182. Grady Murphy and Matthew Ireland were both runners up at 120 and 106 respectively.
Girls Soccer- Won 6-0 in the district semifinals, play at Parrish for the district finals Tuesday, 1/31/23 at 7pm. Well done team - keep going!!!
Girls Basketball- Placed 3rd in the district, host Southeast tomorrow 1/31/23 at 7 pm, in the district Semifinal.
Boys Basketball-Beat Lakewood Ranch on the road last Friday. Host senior night on 2/1/23 vs. North Port, and travel to Carollwood Day School on 2/3/23 for the final regular season contest.
